If you have misplaced an article of clothing or a belonging, pleaese go to the Student Support Services Office in the A Building. Several items have already been found since the beginning of school. See Ms. Brenda Lima.

For seniors who wish to order high school transcripts, please submit your requests for final transcripts on the AHSMoors.org website (bottom, right hand side). Under “Special Instructions” please indicate if you would like the transcripts to be sent electronically, mailed (to colleges only) or picked up in person from the Counseling Office. You can submit one request for all your transcripts. Please remember only five requests per school year are free. Beyond that, there’s a charge ($2 per transcript + $4 service fee per request). All final transcript requests will be processed by July 1, 2023 and a confirmation email will be sent to you. As a reminder please use your personal email.

Attention all seniors! You can now purchase your own senior pack that bundles the SB Card, yearbook, hoodie, panoramic pic and a totebag for a low $157.00. Purchased separately, it would cost $180.00! That's a savings of $23.00! Come to the Student Bank to purchase your's.

All incoming 9th graders can purchase the Freshman Pack at the Student Bank! Packs include tee-shirt, ASB Card, P.E. clothes, etc. Pack #1 is $134.00 and pack #2 is $64.00. If students purchase each item separately, it would cost $159.00.

It’s time to order your high school diplomas! Please log in to https://ausd.powerschool.com/public/home.html to check that your name is correct in PowerSchool. The name on your diploma must be your legal name. That is, the name that is on your Birth Certificate. It is your responsibility to check that your name is correct. If your name is not correct or it needs to be changed, please come to the Counseling Office to fill out a Name Correction Form. All forms/name changes are due on or before Friday, November 22, 2024.
If you wish to change your name, you must show court documents or any other official or legal document.

Students who are taking the SAT, PSAT or any AP Exam can fill out a College Board Fee Waiver to become eligible for reduced fees. Just click on the headline to access the form.

SCHOOLS ARE SCHEDULED TO REOPEN ON MONDAY 01/13/25. Please read the letter from the Superintendent for more information. If circumstances change, we will notify families and staff members over the weekend. (NOTE: Translations of the letter are forthcoming.)

All AlhambraUSD schools will CONTINUE to be CLOSED on FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2025. SMS (text) messages and emails were sent to parents and staff members. If you did not receive the email, please CLICK ON THE HEADLINE to download a copy of the letter. Schools will REOPEN ON MONDAY (January 13, 2025).

We are offering a “Grab & Go” meal to ANY AUSD student TODAY (Friday, January 10, 2025) at two locations: William Northrup School (409 S. Atlantic Blvd. in Alhambra) & Ynez School (120 S. Ynez Ave. in Monterey Park) from 11:30am until 12:30pm, or until we run out of food. Parents can park in the school’s parking lot and walk to the distribution tables. (This is NOT a drive-through pick-up.) Parents will be asked to show their child’s ID or state their child’s student ID # or full name. (NOTE: We suggest you wear a mask and glasses/sunglasses to help protect you from dust/smoke when you venture outdoors.)

If you lost a sweat shirt, water bottle, binder, keys or any other item, please stop by the lost and found area in the Student Support Services office in C122. Items will be donated at the end of each semester.
