IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SENIORS, 

Dear SENIOR Parents/Guardians and Students,

It’s time to order your high school diplomas. 

The name on your diploma must be your legal name.  That is the name that is on your Birth Certificate.  It is your responsibility to check that your name is correct.

Please login to https://ausd.powerschool.com/public/home.html to check that your name is correct in Powerschool. 

If your name is not correct or it needs to be changed, please come to the Counseling office to fill out a  Name Correction Form.

All forms/name changes are due on or before Friday, November 22, 2024.

If you wish to change your name, you must show court documents or any other official or legal document.

请登入「家长网户」 https://ausd.powerschool.com/public/home.html 查看您在「PowerSchool」上的姓名是否正确。毕业证书上的名字，必须是您的法定姓名，也就是说，是您在出生证明文件上的名字。检查您的名字是否正确是您的责任。

如果您的姓名与我们记录不符或需要更正，请到咨询部办公室填写一张姓名更正表格。所有姓名更正的截止日期为 2024年11月22日(星期五)，或之前必需完成办理。

如果您想更正姓名，必须出示法庭文件，或任何官方或法律文件。

Hola, esta es una llamada de la Escuela Secundaria Alhambra.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE PARA LOS GRADUANDOS, 

Es el momento del año donde nos preparamos para ordenar los diplomas de escuela secundaria. 

Por favor abra sesión en https://ausd.powerschool.com/public/home.html para revisar si su nombre está correcto en PowerSchool. El nombre en el diploma debe ser su nombre legal. Eso es, el nombre que está en su Certificado de Nacimiento. Es su responsabilidad verificar que el nombre esté correcto.

Si su nombre está incorrecto o necesita ser cambiado, por favor venga a la Oficina de Consejería para completar el Formulario de Corrección de Nombre.  El plazo para presentar todos los formularios/cambios de nombre es el Viernes, 22 de Noviembre de 2024.

Si desea cambiar su nombre, usted debe presentar documentos de la corte o cualquier documento oficial o legal.
