Any senior wishing to change the name on their diploma may do so by filling out a form form from the Guidance Office. You must bring legal documents in order to make any changes from the name listing in PowerSchool.

Please login to https://ausd.powerschool.com/public/home.html to check that your name is correct in powerschool. The name on your diploma must be your legal name. That is, the name that is on your Birth Certificate. It is your responsibility to check that your name is correct.
