In support of everything that is happening right now, the Moor Friends Club would like to use kindness to unite our students by taking part in the "Linked by Love" project started by the Kids for Peace organization. Students will write messages on strips of paper, then link them together to symbolize unity. We will be on 3rd street (Thank you for the location/ inspiration, David Jauregui) at 1pm on Thursday, September 30th with our "Linked by Love" messages. If you'd like to join us- feel free to bring a strip of paper with your message to link with ours.

Additionally, if you have paper shopping bags, empty cereal boxes, or old posters you no longer need/ used construction papers (that are blank on one side), we would love to use these to create our messages- Please drop recyclable bags/ boxes/ paper off anytime before Thursday, September 23rd at my room B23 or email me and one of my students and aide would be more than happy to pick them up from you.
