Dress Code

School Dress Code

•Undergarments concealed at all times.  NO See-through or fishnet fabrics, halter-tops, off-the-shoulder or low-cut tops, bare midriffs.
•Shorts and skirts MUST BE mid-thigh or longer.
•Clothing shall be appropriate size, neither too large or small or revealing.
•Footwear must be worn at all times; shoes should be comfortable and safe. NO backless footwear or thongs.
Dress Code: Hats

•Can wear hats, OUTSIDE ONLY, that conform to the following school regulations:
–School insignia hats
–Hats reflecting school colors only

Consequences of Violating the Dress Code

•First-time violations: referral to Office of Student Services.
–Appropriate clothing may be provided for the student to wear for the remainder of the school day.
–Sign a contract agreeing to follow dress code rules
–Parents will be contacted.
–Clothing item may be confiscated.

•Second-time violations:  detention
–parents will be contacted; alternative clothing may be provided  to the student, detention will be assigned.
•Third-time violations: suspension from school
