Carlos Sanchez

BiographyI grew up in Whittier and still live in the area with my wife and our two adult children. Prior to acquiring a passion for woodworking and teaching, my previous career background includes over 25 years in the field of architectural and mechanical drafting and design. I have an AA degree in General Technology from Cerritos College where I earned “Highest Honors” and later graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Los Angeles with a BS degree in Industrial Technology.

I began teaching Woodworking Technology at the high school level in 2008 and have been teaching at Alhambra High since 2011. Since 2004, I have also been an adjunct faculty member at Cerritos College in their Woodworking Manufacturing Program.

What's a hobby?- Cruising in my 1962 Impala SS, Target Shooting, Reading
