Panel discussion.  Meeting was held on Jan 12th.  25/26 students attended and completed the survey.  David shared the surveys.   The last panel had 12 students participate.  Dottie suggested we select 15 students.  No student indicated that they weren’t interested in participating.  Committee members reviewed the surveys.  Divided students into specific response groups.  Question #22 is a “sensitive” issue.  There was a discussion about the WASC response regarding the same issue.  Students were selected based on responses to survey.

Dottie reviewed the questions used in the last panel.  Suggestions were made about possible questions to ask.  Committee agreed to the list of questions.  Kathleen will facilitate the student panel.

Dottie will touch bases with the some of the students about the panel and committee members will contact/encourage others.  Students will be directed to confirm their attendance with Dottie.  Kathleen will pick up the breakfast items and meet the students in the David J.’s room.  Committee members will encourage staff to sit forward.   Dottie will provide Kumi with bulletin points
