The Alhambra High School Theater Boosters and Thespians proudly present our spring musical, "The Little Mermaid," which will be performed on April 19, 20, 26, and 27 at 6:30pm in the AHS auditorium. A special matinee performance will occur on Saturday, April 27 at 11:00am. Ticket prices are $15.00 and $20.00 for adults, and may be purchased at alhambratheaterboosters.ludus.com. Children 5 and under are free with a paid accompanying adult.

THE AUSD will be hosting its annual Career Fair at Alhambra High School on Wednesday, April 24th, in the large and small gyms starting at 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Come meet representatives from a plethora of firms and spend time learning about what you could be doing in the future!

GRADUATION SPEAKER TRYOUTS

Those seniors interested in becoming graduation speaker, tryouts will be held on Wednesday, May 1st, from 3:45pm to 4:45pm in the Business & Activities Office. The speech should revolve around "your experiences at AHS," "the past four years at AHS" or "your hopes for the class of 2024." The speech should be a minimum of two minutes and a maximum of five minutes. Click on the headline to access the Google form to apply. The deadline is April 26th.

We are temporarily reverting back to paper applications for the permit process. Parents who are interested in applying for a permit for their child should CLICK ON THE HEADLINE to go to the Permits page of the AUSD website to download a fillable PDF application and/or to get more information. Once the application is complete, parents will need to email it (along with the required documentation) to [email protected]. The AHS Class of 1974 50th Reunion will be on September 15th, 2024 from 12:00-4:00pm at Almansor Park (700 S. Almansor St., Alhambra). We are also planning a 4 night cruise on Royal Caribbean out of Los Angeles on 9/16/24-9/20/24. We are also planning 7 night cruise Hawaiian Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line on 9/7/24-9/14/24. The AHS Speech & Debate Team and the SGV Municipal Water District joined together to present FALLhambra Debate! With fifteen schools in attendance and 200 students, the event promoted water conservation and a host of other debate topics.

New College & Career Center Hours:  7:45am - 4:15pm
 
Cal State LA Student Ambassador, Paddy Lin will be stationed at the College & Career Center/Library on Mondays from 8am to 1pm.  If you would like to book Paddy to come speak to your class about Cal State LA or CSU system in general, you will be able to do that with this link.  Students will also be able to make an appointment with him using the same link.  
 
Financial Aid Fridays: 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the College and Career Center
