News:
  • ICC – ALL CLUBS interested in participating in this year’s Homecoming Festivities, attend the meeting at lunch at SGR. Don’t forget to bring in your suggestions. 
  • Boys Soccer: Tryouts for the 2013-2014 soccer season will be Monday, September 30th – Wednesday, October 2nd. Tryouts will be held at Moor Field each day at 3:15pm. New and returning players must complete a player profile form available in Room A21 and submit the form to Coach Bravo prior to the 1st day of tryouts.
  • Dance Contracts are now available! Download and print them out here, or pick them up at Student Services or Business and Activities!
  • Congratulations to those in our Speech and Debate Team: Anthony Zhu, Annie Tran, Alexander Rinard, Kent Jitpatima, Quinnie Liang, KayKay Zhou, Diana Ly, Felice Gonzales, Tuan Tran, Andrew Quach and Tony Situ for making it to Semi-Finals at the Jack Howe Tournament!

Tutoring:

  • LASO will be sponsoring Spanish (or any other subject) tutoring Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, after school in room C228 starting this week.
  • Moor Math Tutoring is every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  It’s FREE!!! Lunch @ D-111, Afterschool @ D-109, 111, 113 til 3:45pm. All subjects, all levels welcome. Pick up a lunch pass from D-111


General:

  • Class of 2015 T-shirts are now restocked! Come purchase yours at the Student Bank!
  • If you didn’t already know, please vote for Alhambra High School here! Support by voting! Every vote donates $1 to the school, you can vote every 6 days!
  • Do you want Ariana Grande to come to AHS? Vote every 10 minutes, everyday here until October 4th!
  • If you love poetry or love to draw or paint, participate in the Hispanic Heritage month poetry and art contest sponsored by LASO. The theme is “Celebrating My Biculturalism”.  Stop by and see Mrs. Perez in room C228 for an application
